Here are the business and blogging resources that I use to manage and organize my blog

Organization & Productivity
I am obsessed with organization and productivity. I swear by Evernote to organize and compile information across my life (you can read about how I use Evernote here) and use Wunderlist to organize my tasks. Everything blog-related is organized on my computer in Dropbox (I use Dropbox Pro but the normal version works just fine). I also use Smartsheet to team-based project management.
Social Media & Marketing
I try to not let social media completely run my life by using a couple of apps to streamline and batch my process. I love to use Buffer to schedule tweets and facebook posts (free!), CoSchedule to plan my editorial content and additional social media, and BoardBooster to optimize my Pinterest board. My favorite scheduling website, however, is Smarter Queue. It has the same scheduling capabilities of Edgar but is more powerful in my opinion. Finally, I currently use Convertkit for my newsletter. I use to use mailchimp but I am SO happy that I made the switch to Convertkit! I also use LeadPages to connect all of my freebies (like this one!) to my MailChimp account. Honestly, LeadPages is the best investment I've made for my blog. I also LOVE using Skimlinks to monetize my blog.
As a side note, I also highly recommend taking the following blog/business/social media courses and books. Buy courses can be scary and I've spent a lot of money on courses that didn't help. I promise that the courses listed below are the real deal and worth every penny:
- Pinfinite Growth course to learn how to use your Pinterest board to grow your blog and business traffic.
- Social Media Superhero – another fabulous course from Melyssa that will take your social media strategy to the next level.
- I've learned so much from the Blog Traffic EBook. It has seriously helped to change the way I look at blogging.
Lately, I've been creating all of my images with Canva (hello, free!) or Photoshop Elements (hello, quality!). My Instagram photos are brought to you by the magic that is VSCO. You can read more about my favorite photo editing apps here.
Most of the photos on Treasure Tromp are shot with either my phone iPhone 7 Plus and this GorillaPod Tripod and Bluetooth Wireless Remote, or with my Canon Rebel with this Lightweight Tripod and Wireless Remote. I also try to find high-quality photos that work well with the Treasure Tromp brand. I find free photos on Death to Stock Photo and Unsplash, and paid a small fee each month to have access to the Bloguettes Stock that Rocks!
All of the blog content is done on either my MackBook Air, iMac, or iPad using this awesome Keyboard Case.
Whew, okay, enough with the narrative. Click below to download a resource list of all of these resources (plus more!) to help grow your business or blog!
