I can’t believe that it’s been one full year since I’ve blogged about my dear monthly goals. A FULL YEAR. In honor of letting a year lapse between monthly goal posts, my goals are the same as before.
01.Blog twice a week. Wow, I’ve missed blogging so much! I’d really like to post at least 8 posts in September
02. Exercise. I’ve been trying to go to yoga twice a week but recently fell off my plan (oops). Luckily I’ve found a studio that I really love so I just need to find time again.
03.Eat Well. I read that a lot of people will be doing Whole 30 in September. Good for them (and you if you’re doing it) but that isn’t for me. I do need to get rid of all of my junk food though.
04. Budget. I’ve worked really hard to set a budget and now I just need to follow it.
