This post was actually scheduled to go live last Monday while I was spending time in South Africa’s wine country; But of course it decided to not post (still not sure why) so I’m sharing it today instead.

♥ Sticking to A
Daily Workout Routine: So daily didn’t so much happen but I did work out (and we all know how much I HATE working out). Multiple times this week! Since my normal workout consists of walking to the fridge and back I figured that I would start slow while still hitting most muscle groups (or something like that). So I decided to combined the 30 day Squat, Arms, and Legs challenges for a nice daily workout routine. Below is the chart I put together that combines the three workouts. (note: pink = 2 sets; blue = 3 sets)
I really like this schedule because it only takes 10-20 minutes to complete (depending on the day / I’m out of shape).
This week’s goal:
♥ Explore: Although i just went on vacation, I would still like to take advantage of my city by doing a bit more exploring and adventuring. Stay tuned for a post about this tomorrow!
