Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe via Treasure Tromp

Sometime during December I found and then adapted a Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. Here is the thing …. I don’t bake very well. Although in theory I should be great at baking (I love following instructions!) I always seem to misread something and end up making a mess.

These cookies were no exceptions.

But they turned out okay, actually. Better than I was initially expecting. So good that I’ll probably try to make them again.

Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together and set aside
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together
Mix in eggs and vanilla
Combine all of the above and add chocolate chips to the mix
Roll out dough and use super cute cookie cutters to form the deliciousness
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they meet your liking.
Enjoy with your favorite beverage, whatever that may be (I don’t judge … too much)
