Fried Almonds with Thyme and Rosemary

fried-almonds-treasure-trompEach year our school has a little Thanksgiving party the weekend before the holiday. All of the students in my concentration were asked to bring either cranberry sauce or an appetizer. Challenge accepted. After searching for unique recipes online, I found a couple of recipes for fried almonds and thought that it would be fun to try.
