Makes Me Smile

Another Monday with so much to smile about! First of all: hello holiday! Second, well, the weekend was lovely. Just lovely.
Smile 1: Originally Matt and I wanted to go camping Friday, but since it was extremely hot outside, we decided to hold off (sad face). We did, however, go to a great sushi place and ended the night with fondue/wine/listening to a jazz band, so I can’t be too sad.
Sushi Nishi-ya. You don’t pick your food, the chef does. Be prepared to spend a looot, but if you love sushi, totally worth it.

Smile 2: I was able to spend Sunday at my old college, Chapman University, helping my sorority prepare for recruitment this coming weekend. It was so nice to see some of my college friends (and my little!) and help out the chapter!

Smile 3: After my adventures in mock recruitment, some ladies and I went down tot he Orange Circle for Street Fair. Seriously, go next year if you can. Every street represents a different part of the world, and (almost) every booth revolves around food. Delicious! And they have a cute kids zone for those of you with little ones.

Smile 4: Perhaps the biggest smile of the day goes to my Downtown Disney meet up with Evani of Simply Evani, and  Rima of Bolu by Rima. Love these girls! Spent hours having drinks and eating yummies with these wonderful girls (and their Robs). So happy to have met them. And Evani even surprised us with a cute little gift. Thanks for a wonderful evening, ladies!
